Take charge of your health!

The objective of this workshop is to teach participants how to take charge of their health with simple changes to their lifestyle. Giving them tricks and concrete solutions.

The workshop is divided into 4 parts: 

  1. Presentation of healthy eating habits following the Canadian Food Guide, recommendations for daily physical activity and suggestions for improved wellness.                            

  2. With the help of a questionnaire, participants will evaluate their own lifestyle habits in the following 3 subjects:

Eating habits

Physical activity

Wellness

  1. Participants receive their classification according to a results chart.

  2. Using an action plan, participants will identify 3 lifestyle changes to be worked on in the following months. The participants must also identify actions to be taken in his daily activities.

Length: 3½ hours + ½ hour consultation.

Group of 10 participants.

Follow-up - the key to success

A telephone follow-up will follow the workshop. A personal session can be offered to participants after a two month period. Number of follow-ups to be determined by the employer. For best results, a minimum of 2 follow-ups is recommended.
